Michael R. Virardi will be the keynote speaker on day one at the up-coming Leadership and HR Management Annual Conference in Estonia! The conference will be held on the 11th and 12th of April, 2019.
The title of Michael's speech is: “Redefining The Leader’s Mindset” and here is a short description on what it is about:
This talk is about transforming how teams can work together successfully by redefining key pillars like failure, conflict and control. It is also about taping into the vast potential of each and every individual within the organisation.
Since 1992, this particular conference has been the meeting point of over 300 management and HR professionals. The aim of the conference is to inspire the participants through the introduction of leadership and HR Management trends and best practices both from Estonia and from abroad.
